my comment on drought

Currently more than 20
million Ethiopians are in need for food. this drought is not a drought rather
it is famine situation. The current Ethiopian regime doesn't care about
Ethiopians life. if we remember back in 1984 Ethiopia was affected by
drought, during that time the current regime was fighting the former government
in northern part of Ethiopia. in those days this regime as a rebel fighters
they were stealing the food donated by the western countries. They were selling
the food in neighboring countries. by taking the food from mouth of the
northern Ethiopia children. They showed how they are cruel. now they are
in power, they do the same things. the international aid for Ethiopians
is not going to those who are in need. but the regime took everything to their
pocket as they did in 1984 drought. the regime said they need some 1.4 billion
dollars to overcome the current drought. the American government already
donated more than 500 million dollars, other western countries also donated up
to now around 286 million dollars. so the regime got almost 786 million
dollars, this money should decrease the number of the people affected by drought
by half. as i have stated before the regime said they need 1.4 billion to
overcome the drought. but surprisingly the number of people affected by drought
is increasing. this clearly shows where the money goes. the only solution for
us Ethiopian is to fight and overthrow the regime and put all the ministers in
to international crime court.

regime take this area under Tigray administration then later they killed them
and they took their land. more than half of the population of that area is
murdered by the regime. currently the regime prohibited these people not to use
Amharic language only Tigray language. by doing so the regime want that
population to become Tigray. in 21 century people are not allowed to speak
their own language. really am very mad. i know that area while i was a solder
of EPPF. they don't accept the current ethnic based policy that is why the
regime is killing them every day. am very tired of everything what this regime
did and do to my beloved country Ethiopia and to Ethiopians. that is why i was
fighting this regime as a solder of EPPF and now from the time i arrived in
Norway in 2011 am fighting this regime as much as i can. i know a day will come
where this regime will over. the question is when. anyway i will continue my
fight until victory.at the end of the day

my comment on what is doing the weyane regime on the people of welqayit tsegele. northern part of Gonderwelkayit tsegele found on the northern part of Ethiopia. formerly is was under Gonder region administration and currently it is under tegray region administration. the people speak both Amharic and tegregna language but they consider themselves as Amharic speaker Ethiopian.the current regime take this region under tegray administration because of its fertile land.in order to take this fertile land they are killing the local people every day.. during the last 24 years many thousands of people silently were killed in this area. currently the regime prohibited these people not to use Amharic language which is the national language of Ethiopia..even they are not allowed to hear Amharic music.in addition the people of this area didn't accepts the ethnic federalism of the regime.they believe in one Ethiopia one flag and one nation. so they are killed by the regime everyday.the world should know what is going on on Welkayi tsegele.we show our support for their freedom struggle.all Ethiopians inside and outside of the country must support them. they are dying ever day.

EPPF announcement to Eritrean regime and its surrogates
the 1896 Ethiopian Adwa Victory was a great victory for Ethiopian people but that victory was not the victory for Ethiopians but for the whole black people in the world. because that victory had inspired many Africans countries to fight against colonialism. to fight for freedom.as we know the Italian had more advanced weapons and capital and support from their alliance. but we Ethiopians were very determined not to loose our freedom that is why we won the war. today we Ethiopians can learn more from that victory.even though the current Ethiopian regime has more support from western countries interim of military and capital,if we determine to get our freedom, we can win the war against weyane. we must fight as one Ethiopian nation as our grand father and mother did during the Adwa War.we Ethiopians are today under internal colonial system by our own people.
so we shouldn't give up fight everywhere where we are.we shouldn't hide our selves.as far as we are refugee people we have to fight the Ethiopian regime officially.

many world history scholars have wrote many books about Adwa victory.it is a historical victory that makes Ethiopian a free nation. unfortunately for the last 25 years Ethiopians are tortured humiliated and killed in their own country by the dictatorial regime of weyane. many thousands of Ethiopians are forced to leave their own country in order to save their life,in seeking freedom. i am one of them. my message to the world is don't support the dictatorial Ethiopian regime.rather you should help the struggle of people of Ethiopia for freedom. thank you

announcement. Solving the drought problem in Ethiopia and land to be given to
the farmers are. Among many things which our front is fighting against the

land grabbing by Ethiopian regime. I am comparing the farmers situation during
the last Ethiopian government and the current regime. The previous government
gave 10 hectare but now weyane gave half hectare of land for 1 farmer family. it shows
that how weyane is cruel and not take care of the people.t hat is why today

My comment on the
drought in Ethiopia
one of the main reason
for drought in Ethiopia is land grabbing by the regime. the regime give only
half a hectare for one farmer family. The yield which the farmers get from this
land is very small. they are not able to save and store crops for hard time.
Even it is not enough to feed the family for the whole year. The Government instead of selling the land to the foreigners.
Mainly for Arabs and India if they gave more land to the farmers they were able
to save certain amount of crops for this hard time. In addition even the regime
is not able to distribute the food which is donated by international
organization. Thousands of tons of food is still on Djibouti port, while
Ethiopians are starving. What I understand is this regime systematically
killing the nation. the only way to get out of this problem is, to throw this
regime by force, our front Ethiopian people patriotic front is fighting to
throw the government

The ongoing Ethiopian
students is good fertile ground for revolution. But to make it nationwide
Ethiopians must stand as a whole .they shouldn't protest only for one region or
ethnic group .the students who are protesting in Ethiopia raised the question
of only one ethnic group, they are protesting only for Oromo language
speakers that is why it is not supported by the rest of the country .if they
want to succeed they must raise nationwide slogans and question.

Ethiopia financial condition is very worst. the regime is highly corrupted. the
money is on the account of the individuals who serve the regime. half of the
regime yearly budget comes from donation mainly from western countries

of dollars has been stolen by the regime. This regime is good for nothing. they

Yoweri Museveni the
president of Uganda is in power for the last 20 years. when he was a rebel
fighters against the former president of Uganda Idi Amin, he promised to his
people, he will bring democracy in Uganda. now after 20 years
dictatorship when he failed to win in the last election, he jailed the
opposition candidate who was fighting with him against Idi Amin. the current
regime in Ethiopia also promised democracy for Ethiopia. still they are in
power for the last 25 years. we Africans are cheated by our own people. so we
are not free. although we say Africa is a free continent from colonialism, the
fact is we are still under internal colonial system. so we must fight and throw
these dictators and give the power to the people. only that time we are free. the
Ethiopian people patriotic front is fighting for the last 16 years for
democracy in Ethiopia.

Somalia’s al Shabaab says its bomber behind airline blast
Somalia’s al Shabaab insurgents said on Saturday they were responsible for a blast that punched a hole in the fuselage of a plane last week that the government said was caused by a bomb meant to kill everyone on board.

The suspected suicide bomber was sucked out of the Daallo Airlines plane through a one-meter (one-yard) wide hole when the blast ripped open the pressurized cabin in flight, officials said last week.
“Harakat Al-Shabaab Al Mujahideen carried out the airborne operation as a retribution for the crimes committed by the coalition of Western crusaders and their intelligence agencies against the Muslims of Somalia,” al Shabaab said in an emailed statement.
Last week, U.S. government sources said investigators suspected the Islamist militant group, which has links to al Qaeda, was responsible.
The plane made an emergency landing in the Somali capital.
Daallo’s chief executive said the bomber was meant to be on a Turkish Airlines flight that was canceled due to bad weather.
Daallo had picked up the 70 stranded Turkish Airlines passengers to fly them to Djibouti, including the suicide bomber. In total, the flight had 74 passengers.
Al Shabaab, which wants to overthrow the Somali government and impose a harsh version of Islamic law, has targeted the airport in the past. It has also attacked the Turkish embassy in Mogadishu.

Eritrean men ordered to marry two wives or risk jail
Activists have posted a memo allegedly by the Government of Eritrea asking men to marry at least two wives due to acute shortage of men occasioned by casualties during the civil war with Ethiopia.
In the statement written in Arabic assures of government support to the polygamous marriages.
The activists translate it thus, “Based on the law of God in polygamy, and given the circumstances in which the country is experiencing in terms of men shortage, the Eritrean department of Religious Affairs has decided on the following .”
First that every man shall marry at least two women and the man who refuses to do so shall be subjected to life imprisonment with hard labour.
“The woman who tries to prevent her husband from marrying another wife shall be punished to life imprisonment,” alleges the activists in their translation.
And Kenyans have reacted to these announcements with bemusement with some suggesting if they could change their citizenship immediately and take advantage of the new laws in the country.
“At this rate, I can see the Eritrea Government spreading new embassy outlets in Kakamega, Embu, Siaya and Busia counties to help hasten visa processing,” said one Kenyan on facebook.
“He is so so considerate of women! That’s good of him,” said another.
The Standard could not immediately authenticate the document nor the translation and it was not clear why the statement was not in the other two national languages, Tigrinya and Tigre.
The May 1998 to June 2000 Eritrean-Ethiopian war saw 150,000 soldiers killed from either sides but having a bigger impact on male population in the tiny Eritrea nation who were then just 4 million people in total

Ethnic clashes in Gambella region of Ethiopia between Nuer and Anyuak communities
(GAMBELLA) – Deadly clashes occurred on Thursday and continued on Friday in the Ethiopian region of Gambella between the two majority communities of Nuer and Anyuak in the area.
Tens of thousands gathered at Gambella regional stadium celebrating cultural event of all tribes in Ethiopia, Gambella, 9 December 2015 (ST Photo)Multiple sources told Sudan Tribunethat dozens of people have been killed on both sides and many more wounded when members of Nuer and Anyuak, the two ethnic groups which constitute the first and second largest, respectively, in Gambella region, clashed in the outskirts regional capital, Gambella, and spread to the center of the town.
The cause of the fighting between the two dominant ethnic groups who have been living peacefully for many years has remained unclear with conflicting explanations.
A resident in Gambella town told Sudan Tribune that the Anyuak attempted to revenge for one of their members who got killed by Nuer village warriors in October last year in a Nuer village, about 40km away from Gambella town on Gambella-Nyinenyang road. The Anyuak victim was allegedly attempting to steal Nuer cows in the village where he met his fate, but his colleagues escaped unharmed and reported his death to their community members back home.
On Thursday, a Nuer government official in Gambella who was sent for official mission to Abobo, an Anyuak county headquarters, was killed by a mob of Anyuak warriors in the town, allegedly for revenge.
An eye witness who spoke on condition of anonymity however told Sudan Tribune on Friday that the latest clashes inside the town started when a member of the Anyuak community threw a hand grenade [bomb] at seated Nuer college students in an Anyuak neighborhood, south of the town, across the Gambella bridge, resulting to response by Nuer students and the clashes ensued.
The clashes lasted for hours inside the regional capital resulting to killing of unspecified number, but an eyewitness said dozens of bodies were found on the ground and many more unaccounted for.
The whole Anyuak population which resided in areas inside the main town have fled across the river, southwards, as their houses were reportedly set on fire by angry Nuer youth members.
There are reports that the fighting also escalated to nearby villages inhabited by the two ethnic groups in the region.
Government officials said the situation was arrested, but remained tense as the Anyuak could be returning for further attacks.
An official, who preferred to be referred to as Bol, said the state government has deployed police forces throughout the town to restore calm and allow the Anyuak population that fled the town to return.
“We have deployed police forces in the town and the situation is now calm,” he said.
He said he suspected that a long time militia group from the Anyuak, who have been against the Ethiopian government and allegedly supported by the South Sudanese government could be behind the instigation.
He however said an investigation was being carried out to ascertain the cause of the renewed enmity between the two communities, who despite being foes in the past, had successfully mended their relations for many years.
President [governor] of Gambella region, Gatluak Tut Khot, a Nuer, is said to have gone on a peace mission outside the capital to the areas inhabited by the two ethnic groups in order to reconcile them and restore peace and stability.
Gambella region is located west of Ethiopia, and it is 777km from Addis Ababa, the national capital. It is close to the South Sudanese border.
The two ethnic groups also share languages and cultures with their neighbouring communities across the border in Jonglei and Upper Nile states of South Sudan.
